Overview

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Encoder to join our team at our facility in Sumner, WA, 98390. As a Seasonal Encoder, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately encoding and inputting data into our systems. This is a seasonal position, perfect for individuals looking for temporary employment during specific periods of the year.

Responsibilities

• Encode and input data into our systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure all data is properly formatted and organized for easy retrieval and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Adhere to company guidelines and protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, but not required.

• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Flexibility to work during seasonal periods and adapt to changing work demands.
