Responsibilities: Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy Transport, and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner Interact with clients politely and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Deliver products to customers while following assigned routes and local traffic laws Fill out any required documents such as delivery reports • Receiving communications from the company dispatcher • Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident • Interacting with the customer to find out the nature of the problem • Performing roadside vehicle diagnostics • Performing minor repairs • Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires and reconnecting vehicle parts • Suggesting a course of action • Connecting the damaged vehicle to the truck with a chain, winch, or steering block • Towing the vehicle to Dila's Auto Repair Shop • Night/Overnight shifts will go up to $300 Qualifications: Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in your state of residence and a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Lift at minimum 25 pounds Commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred Must possess great time management skills and communication skills Must have graduated high school or received equivalency (GED) • A clean background check (to obtain a license with the TDLR • Great customer service • Must be willing to work long hours (around 60 hours a week) • Flexibility: work long hours, most weekends, holidays, etc. • At least one 1-year driving truck experience • Towing experience is a plus for CDL • REQUIRED minimum age of 26 years old • Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems • TICKETS AND/OR ACCIDENTS MUST BE OVER 3 YEARS • Work Weekends and Holidays • Must have good communication skills and be customer service oriented • Must own a smartphone and know how to use it (Digital Dispatch, Google Maps, send & receive texts, etc.) • Experience operating flatbed and wheel-lift trucks • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Must have "Consent Towing" TDRL towing license or higher • Must be able to show up on time (No Exceptions!) Compensation: $62,400 - $93,600 yearly
