On average, families who welcome these individuals into their home can receive up to $5,000 a month, in addition to covering rent. You will be an independent contractor.

Mountzion Community Supports LLC is currently accepting applications for Family Model Providers (FMP) throughout Middle Tennessee.

Responsibilities

Care for residents by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care

Maintain records of resident care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the Program Coordinator.

Build relationships with residents by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.

Give medications and assist in medical appointments.

Engage residents in exercises or other activities

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required.

A driver's license is necessary.

CPR certification must be acquired before providing services, and we can assist with the training.
