Mountzion Community Supports LLC. Nashville Tennessee We are looking for a DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL in Nashville, Antioch, and Murfreesboro to join our team! You will work directly with individuals with mental health challenges, following a one-on-one care plan in people's homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but also building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets the needs of the person. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. 16/HR TO START

Responsibilities

Care for residents by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care

Maintain records of resident care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor

Build relationships with residents by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

Give medications and assist in medical appointments.

Engage residents in exercises or other activities

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

PRE DSP experience is welcome but not necessary.

Driver's license required

CPR certification required
