About the Role:

Join EMPIRE RANCH RESIDENTIAL as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) RBT and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding position offers you the opportunity to provide essential support and guidance in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities.

Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Monitor and document progress on behavioral goals and objectives.

Assist in promoting social skills and community integration.

Engage clients in recreational and educational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.

Collaborate with team members and families to ensure consistent care.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (RBT, CPR First Aid, CPI, DSP1 & DSP2).

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated demeanor.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training.

Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
