    District Manager – DFW Market Company: PARC Auto (Premier Automotive Repair Company) Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt Relocation: Not available – candidate must reside in the DFW market

    PARC Auto is a leading Meineke Car Care franchisee with a growing presence across multiple U.S. markets. We provide high-quality automotive services—including oil changes, brake repair, exhaust work, tire and fluid services—to both retail and commercial fleet customers. In addition to daily operations, we actively acquire independent auto repair businesses and franchise locations as part of our strategic growth plan.

    Position Overview We’re seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple store locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction across all assigned stores. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and manage daily operations across multiple stores to meet or exceed financial targets

    Develop and execute district-level sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue

    Conduct regular performance reviews and coach Store Managers to build leadership capacity

    Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

    Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environments

    Monitor inventory levels and optimize parts distribution across locations

    Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for store-level leadership roles

    Train managers on scheduling, hiring, employee relations, and conflict resolution

    Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance

    Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to generate leads

    Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

    Analyze store performance reports and identify areas for improvement

    Visit stores daily to provide support and ensure operational consistency

    Manage store budgets and reinforce high standards of customer service

    Partner with HR to investigate and resolve employee issues

    Implement loss prevention strategies related to warranty claims, safety, and workers’ comp

    Address operational challenges as they arise

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Skills & Qualifications

    3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (required)

    5–7 years of multi-unit management experience in automotive or related industry (preferred)

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

    Strong computer and reporting skills

    Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking ability

    Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

    Strong communication and team leadership abilities

    Ability to adapt quickly and manage frequent interruptions

    Willingness to travel to other markets as needed

    Education:

    Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; some College preferred
