Responsibilities: • Create memorable experiences for your clients by celebrating life's special moments with a gift of fine jewelry, a special timepiece, or by assisting in preserving an heirloom piece • Strive for personal sales goals and assist fellow team members in achieving store-wide goals • Cultivate personalized relationships and repeat business with current and potential clients through individual clienteling efforts • Assist current and potential customers with inquiries via phone, email, and business texting software in a respectful and professional manner • Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist with daily store duties • Continuous learning that expands your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings Qualifications: • Previous experience in Professional sales and managing client books preferred • Strong communication and relational skills • Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail • Be comfortable reaching out to customers to make follow-up connections and/or recommendations when new items arrive in-store • Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items • Prior experience with fine jewelry is a plus (selling, appraising) • Continuous learner Compensation: $40,000 - $85,000+
