Boutique (4 attorney firm) Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Attorney with 1 + years of litigation experience in either plaintiff's personal injury or bodily injury defense litigation to join its VERO BEACH office. (We will still consider all candidates from other areas of litigation, such as first party property, commercial, or family law).

** WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER BRAND NEW 1st YEAR ATTORNEYS AS LONG AS YOU DEMONSTRATE STRONG RESUMES OTHERWISE (academics, law clerk / internships, memberships, organizations, etc.).**

** We allow HYBRID (work from home) 2 days per week.**

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 1-5 years experience in some of these practice areas IN FLORIDA : plaintiff's personal injury, insurance defense litigation, wrongful death, car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and/or products liability.

JOB DUTIES include some new case intake, pre-suit settlement demands, working up smaller and high-value cases from initial pleadings, issuing and answering written discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, physician depos, medical record analysis, court appearances (oral argument and status calls), mediations, and trials. Should have strong research and writing skills, including using WestLaw and Lexis. Will be expected to meet with clients, draft demand letters, prep for court hearings, argue and draft substantive motions, draft responses to defendant's MSJs, drafting legal memos, participate in settlement negotiations, and managing all pre-lit and litigation files assigned to you. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
