Reputable insurance defense litigation law firm is looking attorneys with 2 + years experience in Bodily Injury and/or First Party Property Litigation to join their TAMPA team!

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE 1 - 5 YEARS IN INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION / FIRST PARTY PROPERTY / BODILY INJURY DEFENSE LITIGATION EXPERIENCE ON FLORIDA CASES. (WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER CANDIDATES WITH ONLY PLAINTIFF'S P.I. EXPERIENCE).

JOB DUTIES: defending high-value cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, mediation, and trial. Preparing with expert witnesses for depositions, taking expert witness depositions, meeting with clients, responding to demand letters, court hearings, substantive motions, preparing and arguing MSJs, complex legal research & writing, status reports to carriers, settlement negotations, and managing all files assigned to you. Should be highly independent, organized and able to multi-task.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ADMITTED TO PRACTICE LAW IN FLORIDA.
