Boutique, high-value case-handling Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Attorney with 2 + years of litigation experience in either plaintiff's personal injury or bodily injury defense litigation to join its BOCA RATON office. (We allow HYBRID work-from-home but this is NOT 100% remote).

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 1-5 years experience in some of these practice areas IN FLORIDA : plaintiff's personal injury, insurance defense litigation, wrongful death, car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and/or products liability.

_ Employees are financially incentivized to move/settle cases as there is a commission (settlement %) for all cases you work on and settle, regardless of whether you originate the case to our office or not. We do plenty of business so you will have a high case load and can make a LOT of money in settlement fees!_

JOB DUTIES include working up smaller and high-value cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and trials. Should have strong research and writing skills, including using WestLaw and Lexis. Will be expected to meet with clients, respond to demand letters, prep for court hearings, substantive motions, preparing MSJs (and responses), writing detailed legal memos, status reports to carriers, settlement negotiations, and managing all files assigned to you. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
