Job Description

DLG Marketing is looking for a Sales Manager Trainee to join our team in our Orlando office. The Sales Manager Trainee is responsible for the growth and development of self, as well as the growth and development of others., understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships, motivating the team, and projecting an environment of continuous learning.     

The ideal candidate will provide coaching and leadership to those on the sales team. This role will motivate and guide the team towards reaching all sales goals. He/she will assign territories, report to senior Sales leadership on achievements, and mentor the junior sales team members. This person will also display tremendous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and proven negotiating skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Learn product knowledge and sales strategies
• Present and sell products and services to new and current customers
• Provide Brand awareness for our clients
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales and activities
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Help train and develop peers 
• Attend trainings, leadership development and management meetings

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Have a customer service mindset
