    Summary / Objective

    The Sr. Loan Servicing Representative is responsible to perform a variety of loan servicing functions in connection with commercial, real estate and consumer loans. Functions include, but are not limited to, the booking of loans on the Bank’s core system, quality control and auditing of loan documents, document maintenance, tracking and review of all pending loan documents and exceptions and end of month financial reporting.

    The initial training period will be on-site. After the initial training period, time to be determined, this will be a hybrid role.

    Experience & Education Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent lending experience
    • Background in financial institution’s real estate, commercial and/or consumer lending procedures
    • Excellent understanding of lending procedures, Federal and State lending regulations
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Knowledge of Government Sponsored Entity (GSE) reporting (FNMA, SBA)

    Essential Job Functions:


    • Supports and acts as back up to Loan Servicing Manager
    • Creates and updates Policies and Procedures essential to all Loan Servicing Functions
    • Assists customers with basic loan and mortgage inquiries
    • Sets up loans on Bank’s core system
    • Performs loan maintenance transactions such as printing notices, payoff processing, unapplied payments, returned payments, tax and insurance escrow disbursements and loan modifications
    • Researches and prepares responses to credit bureau disputes
    • May manage collections activities for consumer and residential loans to include telephone calls, letters to borrowers and documentation of same
    • Daily/Monthly reporting of FNMA MPF loans
    • Works with Commercial Lending Assistants to ensure all loan files are properly documented. Ensures loan guidelines are followed and loans are serviced properly in accordance with all company procedures
    • Documents client interactions and accurately capture data using company loan servicing systems
    • Performs final check list on all credit and collateral files after confirming that all documents are in file and that the file is complete
    • Responds to research and documentation inquiries from internal and external customers and auditors and examiners
    • Maintains knowledge of department policies and procedures through internal and external training activities
    • Complies with all federal and local rules, laws and regulations

    Required knowledge, skills & abilities:

    • Excellent knowledge of banking regulations and policies and procedures
    • Knowledge of loan processing practices, methods and procedures
    • Knowledge of Commercial, Real Estate and Consumer loan files and documents
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication & computer skills
    • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Ability to provide courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service on the phone
    • Ability to assume responsibility, display initiative, exercise good judgment and make and act upon decisions with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to perform accurate data input into a variety of software.
    • Successful completion of in-house training programs or other approved training programs
    • Compliance with BSA regulations as appropriate to the position

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Ability to use standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers
    • Requires manual dexterity and sitting and standing for longer periods of time
    • Must be able to work schedules that meet the needs of the Bank, which may include early morning, evening and /or weekend hours

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Performs pre-anesthetic and post anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient and documents findings.  This includes obtaining an informed consent from the patient, requesting consultations and /or diagnostic studies and ordering pre-anesthetic medications.

    • In collaboration with the anesthesiologist, determines the appropriate anesthetic plan of management, manages all aspects of anesthesia care to include preoperative, perioperative and immediate postoperative care.

    • Maintains complete and accurate documentation of care for all procedures.

    • Provides airway management and/or intubations for emergent, and non-emergent and resuscitation situations throughout the hospital.

    • Provides consultation for ventilatory care throughout the hospital.

    • Checks all equipment and agents to be used in the administration of the anesthetic to be sure it is in safe working order.  Reports all malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate personnel.

    • Checks all resuscitative anesthesia equipment prior to the beginning of the first surgery of the day.  Any malfunctioning or missing equipment will be reported to the appropriate personnel.

    • Records all pertinent events taking place during the induction of, maintenance of and emergence from anesthesia, including the dosage and duration of all anesthetic agents, other drugs, intravenous fluids and blood or blood components on all patients that have received anesthesia care.

    • Insures safe transport of patient to PACU and provides complete report to PACU RN. 

    • Maintains currency of clinical privileges, RN license, state specialty certification, ACLS and CRNA re-certification.

    • Assumes some teaching responsibilities for medical students and nurse anesthesia students.

    • May be assigned other responsibilities by the Chief and Assistant of Anesthesia, the Anesthesiologist in Charge and/or the CRNA Site Manager.
