SAN FRANCISCO: (HYBRID) HEALTHCARE INVESTMENT BANKING ASSOCIATE (Series 63, 79 required) PLEASE DON'T APPLY WITHOUT AN ACTIVE SERIES 79 AND 63. YOU WON'T BE CONSIDERED. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions *Plan, structure and execute financing transactions in the public and private markets *Financial analysis and modeling; conduct industry and market research *Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials; prepare client presentations; perform due diligence *Analyze financial statements, review and assess business plans, and manage day-to-day contact with clients and related parties *Advising corporations on mergers and acquisitions *Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions Experience and Skills: *Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Economics, Business, Accounting or related field *MBA preferred *Minimum 2 years of healthcare investment banking experience preferred *Current FINRA Series 79, 63 licenses REQUIRED *Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, ideally with understanding of valuation techniques *Well-versed in corporate finance, accounting principles, financial statement analysis and financial modeling *Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *Excellent communication (verbal and written, internal and client-facing) and presentation skills *Highly organized and able to multi-task; manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency BASE SALARY to $125K, some travel (up to 20%) NO VISA SPONSORSHIP Contact Dave Reitman/DLR Associates (914) 693-9165 david@dlrassociatesrecruiting.com
