    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team Remote. The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for paid and organic customer acquisition, customer journey, and ongoing strategy and optimization of our direct digital channels. This person will work closely with our marketing, planning, and operations teams, and will play a critical role in driving growth of the business through organic, paid & community driven channels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own the digital customer journey, from awareness through conversion.
    • Identify opportunities, monitor improvements, and plan for increased demand with retention and planning colleagues
    • Explore and test new opportunities and growth strategies; measure A/B tests across paid campaigns & product launches.
    • Strong Copywriting Skills
    • Define, measure, and optimize email and messaging retargeting campaigns to drive repeat customers
    • Directly manage and grow the paid acquisition team which is responsible for a 6-figure marketing budget across Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Affiliate networks and various other channels
    • Perform in-depth analysis and insight into key metrics of paid acquisition campaigns and communicate performance and growth projections with the team

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • +3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within ecommerce + B2B
    • Deep understanding for B2B relationships
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Entrepreneurial, quantitative, get-it-done mindset
    • Team leading experience with direct ownership in your department
    • Experience managing 6-figure ad budgets & making data-driven decisions
    • Knowledge of basic HTML and CMS platforms like shopify, wordpress + others.

    Additional Information

    • Salary ranging from $60k-$95k/annual depending upon background + expereince
    • Remote or local, we are flexible.
