The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of social marketing trends, best practices, campaign management, analytics and content creation. We want someone who's skilled, understands marketing aesthetics and is ready to pick up a camera/phone and help contribute to the killer content we produce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, capture, create and manage the execution of digital and social posts across all major platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Support all calendars: scheduling and monitoring content on platforms
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure goals are being met
Report and analyze monthly social metrics: growth, engagement, conversation, amplification and leads across channels to guide and optimize social platform strategy
Assist in development of digital marketing and social media plans/campaigns, content strategies and content calendars with an emphasis on setting strategic goals, defining audiences and identifying key tactical frameworks
