    • Our client is an innovative construction and manufacturing organization that delivers complex building projects through an integrated design, manufacturing, and construction delivery model. The company specializes in leveraging technology, prefabrication, and advanced project execution methods to improve quality, efficiency, and project outcomes.
    • They are seeking a DMC Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle execution of complex construction projects from design through manufacturing, installation, and closeout. This position will oversee project schedules, financial performance, procurement activities, subcontractor management, client communication, and cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end project delivery including design coordination, manufacturing oversight, construction execution, and project closeout.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, buyout logs, change order logs, financial forecasts, cost reports, and project communication plans.
    • Manage project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, change management, owner invoicing, and executive reporting.
    • Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities.
    • Coordinate activities across design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, supply chain, regulatory, warranty, and accounting teams.
    • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and risk while implementing corrective actions as necessary.
    • Lead project kickoff activities and establish project milestones, deliverables, and execution plans.
    • Support estimating efforts through project cost analysis, budgeting, and development of project assumptions.
    • Serve as the primary project contact during critical construction milestones including module installation, inspections, turnover, commissioning, and occupancy readiness.
    • Manage client communication, reporting, project meetings, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Coordinate with design teams, Engineers of Record, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), subcontractors, and vendors.
    • Review, negotiate, and administer subcontract agreements and owner change orders.
    • Lead owner meetings, project walkthroughs, milestone reviews, and project acceptance activities.
    • Oversee quality control, project documentation, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
    • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support continuous improvement initiatives across the project management team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of relevant experience, including proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex construction or manufacturing projects.
    • Experience managing healthcare construction projects, healthcare facilities, hospitals, medical office buildings, healthcare renovations, or related healthcare environments.
    • Demonstrated experience managing projects within design-build, modular construction, prefabrication, integrated project delivery, or manufacturing-supported construction environments.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex modeling, Power Query, pivot tables, dashboards, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Advanced scheduling experience utilizing multiple platforms including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
    • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, change orders, cost controls, and financial reporting.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, engineering, and construction disciplines.
    • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
    • Experience managing client relationships, project reporting, and stakeholder communication.
    • Ability to travel up to 5 days per month based on project requirements.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 120k - 180k/year range plus bonus.
