Position: Sales Representative Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Commission / Commission Structure Travel: New Jersey – North, Central and South

Position Overview

MCB DME is seeking a motivated Sales Representative specializing in compression therapy to support the growth of our lymphedema and compression garment services. This role focuses on developing relationships with physicians, therapists, wound care clinics, and healthcare facilities to educate providers on compression treatment options and facilitate patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, wound care clinics, and vascular specialists

Educate referral sources on lymphedema compression pumps, compression garments, and related DME solutions

Support referral sources by providing product education and service information

Identify and develop new referral opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service delivery

Track referral activity and maintain account notes and follow-up

Represent MCB DME professionally in clinical and healthcare environments

Provide feedback to leadership regarding market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to manage territories and maintain organized follow-up

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Prior medical/healthcare sales, or DME sales experience a bonus

Computer / Administrative Skills

Basic to intermediate PC proficiency

Ability to track accounts, referrals, and activity using company systems

Proficiency with email and standard office applications

Travel & Work Environment

This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory to visit referral sources, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
