Sound interesting? Our BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES are responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business. We are currently seeking qualified sales professionals across the US, with immediate need for experienced sales professionals in our Fort Worth, TX, Green Bay WI, and Mobile, AL offices. Business Development Executives, with a base salary of $50,000 and uncapped bonus program, earn $98,000 at plan in year one. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Consistently identify new opportunities through diligent prospecting, networking, and by supporting marketing programs that supplement, but are not intended to replace your personal lead generation. • Responsible for knowing and managing the economic buyer, user buyer, and decision influencers in a Solution and Strategic Selling environment. • Must be able to manage momentum in the sales cycle and orchestrate resources across both client and DMGgo Solutions to result in signed contracts and long term relationships. • Must demonstrate the ability to manage time, deal selection and a geographic territory; recording all client related activity into SalesForce.com or a designated SFA application. • Must be proven proficient in MS Office applications and possess the analytical skills to interpret spend data.

    SPECIFIC SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • BA/BS Degree, or an acceptable combination of education and experience • Experience selling to financial decision makers, i.e., CFO’s, Controllers, and Small Business Owners • 2 + years of sales experience, ideally in an established company with formal selling methodologies and strategies. • A professional “presence“ along with executive level presentation and communication skills. • The ability to sell in a team environment, relying on others for detailed technical expertise. ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED: • BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Logistics • 3 + years of experience selling shipping or 3PL services.
