About Us DMGgo is a rapidly expanding startup in our fourth year of operation that provides back-office and operational support to partners in the last mile logistics industry across North America. We remove the time-consuming and tedious tasks from our Owner-Partners to give them back time to make conscious and productive decisions for their businesses.
Who we are looking for: Someone who can adapt to an ever-changing partner base and is able to contribute to a team. Solution-minded and can solve problems that may arise by thinking outside of the box. Effective communicator who is driven about creating and maintaining relationships with team members and partners and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and work experience in a Human Resources role is preferred. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, team spirit is necessary. This role has multiple open positions and offers Level I and Level II opportunities.
Where: This is a hybrid position with training and some meetings requiring days in the office in Fort Worth, TX.
Your team: You would report to the Onboarding Specialist Lead, who reports to the Onboarding Supervisor.
Responsibilities of the Position:
Manage end to end new hire onboarding for multiple customers.
Assisting with completing electronic offer letters.
Communicating Company and position details to new hires before their start date.
Creating the new hire’s company accounts, such as email, chat, scheduling, payroll, and other mobile apps.
Ensuring automated background checks have been initiated.
Coordinating and scheduling drug tests.
Monitoring status of background & drug test results.
Providing low-level technical support to new hires with downloading their apps and activating their accounts.
Following up with new hires for completion of profiles and accounts.
Complete cases for your customers and provide quality support / escalations to ensure resolution.
Monitoring all communication platforms and responding in a timely manner.
Completing daily/weekly checklist and any assigned task.
Processing terminations – terminating employees from their respective applications.
Assist in all other projects assigned by the DSP Lead or Onboarding Supervisor.
