ATTORNEY PERSONAL INJURY DEFENSE (HYBRID/REMOTE!) GREAT PAY! NO BILLABLES! Reputable Insurance Defense Law Firm is looking for an experienced Bodily Injury/ Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team (there are NO billable hours and great pay!). The position can be Hybrid/Remote for the right candidate. Main office is located in Sunrise, FL. Candidates should have 3+ years' experience in Bodily Injury Insurance Defense or Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation, with experience handling a caseload between 50-60 car accident cases from inception through trial in the State of Florida. Duties include reviewing new files from the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, responding to and requesting discovery, deposition preparation, handling depositions including expert and general witness depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials, and prepare status reports.
