    This is also a management position with a heavy emphasis on client communication and relationship building. Your main roles include reporting, weekly communication, social media strategy, and technical implementation for your client base.

    Job Duties Include:

    • Directs team on identifying and upselling clients into additional beneficial digital marketing services
    • Directs team with digital marketing pre-sale analyses
    • Directs team with client conflict resolution
    • Directs team with high-level strategy
    • Directs team with technical issues for their client
    • Directs team lead with training tasks and assignments for newer team members and provide feedback for improved growth
    • Directs team with assigned digital marketing related tasks
    • Building client trust and rapport
    • Strategy and implementation for social media management & content calendars
    • Strategy and implementation for social media advertising
    • Review client metrics in Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Facebook Ads Manager
    • Interpretation of Social Media Metrics to track change and progress
    • Ongoing optimization for campaigns
    • Produce accurate/timely monthly client reports
    • Produce Social Media audits and projections
    • Responsiveness to assisting in projects
    • Understanding of clients’ needs and goals
    • Face-to-face and/or phone meetings with your clients
    • Campaign conversion and ROI tracking

    Social Media Specialist Core Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of team management experience
    • Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience in an agency setting working with multiple clients is a plus.
    • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning are a must.
