    JOB DESCRIPTION

    DMS is seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of strategy development, as well as the ability to tactically execute. He/she should be forward-thinking, agile, flexible and able to anticipate future trends to ensure success of our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess the knowledge, skills, and proven experience in developing and managing successful branding campaigns, SEO, multimedia and social media strategies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Define branding objectives that align with DMS corporate goals and identify needs, opportunities and challenges for execution
    • Develop a strategic communication plan through analysis of current market data and trends to meet DMS branding objectives
    • Develop metrics to measure and monitor success of DMS strategic marketing plans
    • Make positioning recommendations to enhance branding of DMS products and services
    • Lead and assist with the development of DMS social media content strategies – media content, editorial plans and realistic timetables – to help grow corporate business through a variety of online and social channels
    • Coordinate and create the designs of promotional materials and promote marketing copies for our website
    • Employ technologies and methodologies in graphic design, multimedia design, video production and content management
    • Design and craft regular newsletters with company updates

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields from an accredited U.S. university is required

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning & branding
    • Experience in product development and multimedia production is highly desired
    • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and web technologies
    • Hands-on experience with web content management tools like WordPress
    • Graphic design skills with proven experience in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Excellent analytical skills for SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
    • Exceptional writing, editing and communications skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Creative
