    JOB DESCRIPTION

    DMS is seeking a LEARNING SERVICES RECRUITER as part of our corporate team to assist with sourcing and recruiting Instructional Systems Designers and Instructors/Facilitators for one of our learning services contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting our hiring goals by filling these positions with talented and qualified candidates. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements to assist in the sourcing and management of qualified talent through various project requests.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source and identify talent with the right skills and experience that meet customer requirement
    • Develop a strategic recruiting plan to focus on attracting high quality and skilled facilitators.
    • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders in the recruiting and acquisition process
    • Develop and maintain relationships with universities
    • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and serve as primary liaison for instructors and academic support staff
    • Convey Program Manager requirements to personnel and work in tandem with the Program Manager to create and maintain a cohesive program

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Industry knowledge and experience in delivering highly interactive instructional services for in person, virtual and web-based courses
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, creative and critical thinking skills
    • Able to motivate and encourage others
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite required and familiarity with instructional technology tools a plus

    EDUCATION

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Higher Education, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or other relevant areas of study from a regionally accredited college or university; or a minimum of 5 years of experience in an assigned technical discipline with a BA or BS degree may be substituted for the above-cited minimum education requirements.
