POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position supports the Business Technology team’s mission to provide World Class service to our internal and external customers. Reporting to the Director of Application Development and Support, you will provide development and support of our internally-developed systems, will work with the Business Technology team as we migrate legacy applications to a hybrid cloud strategy, and will work with our Technology and Business team on our ongoing NetSuite ERP enhancements and integrations. Additional projects may leverage ETL solutions such as SSIS or cloud-based iPaaS products (like Celigo.io).  Open to remote work and hybrid opportunities. To maintain a healthy and safe work environment, our policy requires RSCS team members to be fully vaccinated with an approved COVID-19 vaccine and to provide proof of vaccination before coming into the office on their first work date.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide development and support for internal and 3rd party application systems used by our enterprise food/packaging and equipment supply chain business
• Develop, enhance, and provide support for internal web and client-server applications for internal departments and external web applications for our Franchisee members and our supply chain partner companies
• Support information collection and testing from supply chain partners to deliver on supply chain visibility objectives
• Work with Business Technology team, departmental leadership, and technology-related functional committees to identify and participate in application development efforts / coding deliverables and standards
• Utilize application security including knowledge of OWASP, best practices, and vulnerability remediation
• Interact and collaborate with IT Operations and Cloud Service Providers (ex: AWS, Azure)
• Utilize source control systems and automating releases.
• Work with internal clients and team members to deliver great results on-time/ on-budget.
• Work with IT Leadership on needs, requirements, and future technology plan/roadmap; collaborate with team to prioritize, estimate, and schedule projects
• Ongoing pursuit of skill development, process improvement and automation opportunities

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in information technology/computer science, or a Bachelor’s degree with experience in the field

• Minimum 5 years of experience with the following:

• 2-3 years of Development experience in Netsuite, including:

• Progressive experience working directly with users to develop project requirements and technical specifications

• Results oriented with a history of delivering results on scope and within target timelines

• Good written and verbal communications

• Ability to flex/move between projects, as needed

• Source control software, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS or Git) or GitHub

• Experience developing against third party APIs using REST, SOAP, or other

• Experience with JavaScript and related frameworks, including Node.js, Backbone.js, Handlebars, React, Angular, or other

• SuiteScript development (User Event scripting, Workflows, Restlets, Map/Reduce, etc..)

• Custom table and field creation and management

• Bundle and object management

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION TO BE GIVEN WITH CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Experience developing with SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA)
• Application development experience utilizing .Net (VB.Net/C#, MVC, Core)
• Relational Database Management Systems, especially SQL Server

• Experience working in Supply Chain Management
• Experience with ETL technologies, such as SQL Server Integration Services, or similar
• Experience with NetSuite ERP technologies, including:
• SuiteFlow and notifications
• Extensibility APIs
• Experience with Integration Platforms or Integration Platforms as a Service such as Celigo, Boomi or Mulesoft
