    RESTAURANT SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS, LLC, A YUM! BRANDS CO-OP, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST TO SUPPORT THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT IN PLANO, TX.

     

    POSITION OVERVIEW

     

    This position is responsible for providing Executive Level Assistance and analytics to the Senior Vice President and administrative support for the Pizza Hut and International Supply Chain departments.  Includes coordination, organizing and communicating with the RSCS and with PHNPC Board of Directors.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

     

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TO SVP

    • Ownership and organization of SVP’s calendar, including scheduling and planning
    • Plan and administer internal and external meetings
    • Schedule and manage travel and expenses: flights, hotels, meals, events, process expenses
    • Partner with RSCS/concept executive Administrative Analysts regarding meetings, communication and collaboration and build strong relationships
    • Communicate/correspond directly with, and on behalf of the SVP internally and externally in a professional, collaborative manner
    • Learn and adopt new tools and technology to increase efficiency and organization of the team(s)
    • Ensure clear understanding of board calendars, RSCS and Brand calendars to foresee and plan for aligning priorities, meeting and collaboration needs.
    • Support presentation needs of SVP, including preparation, editing, formatting for content and style.

     

    PIZZA HUT AND INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION

    • Provide administrative support to team as needed

    • Support leadership team with travel, calendar, presentation and expense management support

    • Support onboarding of new team members to ensure a seamless and comprehensive integration experience

    • Organize and maintain master scheduling calendar and planning tools

    • Coordinate meeting registrations, agendas, presentations and events with appropriate planning staff

    • Develop and communicate staff meeting agenda and materials

    • Provide team with work productivity needs including PC operations, office supplies and departmental materials

    • Organize and execute appropriate functional team building outings and events

    • Facilitate and coordinate the resolution of equipment, assets, technology and workspace concerns

    • Facilitate an efficient and streamlined workspace for the team

    • Setup, maintain and manage supply chain communications

    • Provide communication to RSCS leadership regarding presentations, upcoming meeting coordination and matters of impending urgency

    • Maintain supporting supply chain documents and information

     

    MANAGE BOARD ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNICATION

    • Schedule and maintain an overall Board and Committee event schedule to facilitate a consistent and effective routine

    • Coordinate meeting registrations, agendas, presentations and events with appropriate planning staff

    • Work in collaboration with SVP, Executive Management and Board Chairman to create Board meeting agendas/presentations.

    • Maintain supporting Board document repositories and archives 

    • Assist in managing onboarding and transition of Board and Committee Members

    • Confer with legal counsel when necessary to ensure appropriate administration practices are followed

    • Communicate to Board of Directors and / or franchisee system as directed

    • Supervise and oversee Director Elections and Annual Shareholders Meeting for PH Co-op members including distribution of Annual Notice of Shareholders meeting, ballot distribution and collection, and ensure a quorum in advance of Shareholders Meeting

     

    SUPPORT AND EXECUTE INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS

    • As a department member, possess capability to provide supply chain task support including data analysis, project management and database management
    • Develop and maintain an understanding of the supply chain processes and systems to drive and execute improvements that translate to increased productivity for team members
    • Provide support to team members to ensure development and publication of accurate and comprehensive presentation materials
    • Support of various programs and projects as needed

    Required Experience

    • Requires Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of business experience in administrative support to Senior Executive with a proven aptitude for organizing, coordinating, and communicating in a collaborative and professional manner
    • Ability to analyze data and provide support of projects and initiatives
    • 3 to 5 years working directly with high performing teams in a collaborative and “whatever it takes” environment
