    Job Description

    DMS is seeking a Web Administrator to join our learning services team who will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting customer web-based pages and websites. He/she will also work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot customer web-based pages and websites.
    • Implement quality control, review, and revision.
    • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
    • Produce complex documents, reports, presentations or graphics.
    • Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
    • Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment.
    • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems. Assists in maintaining WAN/LAN records.

    Education:

    • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other area of study comparably relevant to the management of this effort from a regionally accredited college or university; or AA/AS with 10 years of applicable experience.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of three years of experience in producing documents, reports, charts, tables and other such deliverables including graphic designs, and basic web-based pages and sites; and serving as overseer of technical operations.
