    JOB DESCRIPTION

    DMS is seeking an experienced COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST who is agile, flexible, strategic and tactical to serve as an integral part in our corporate office to create and deliver information both inside and outside of our company. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of strategic goals, as well as the ability to tactically execute. He/she will also need to be forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and ensure success of our products and services.

    The ideal candidate should possess the knowledge, skills, and proven experience in developing and managing successful branding campaigns, SEO and social media strategies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Define branding objectives that align with DMS corporate goals and identify needs, opportunities and challenges for execution
    • Develop a strategic communication plan through analysis of current market data and trends to meet DMS branding objectives
    • Define brand elements and tone to ensure a consistent and effective brand message
    • Make positioning recommendations to enhance branding of DMS products and services
    • Spot trends and new technologies that play positive roles in DMS and our client organizations
    • Assist with the development of DMS social media content strategies – media content, editorial plans and realistic timetables – to help grow corporate business through a variety of online and social channels
    • Provide assistance in evaluating and enhancing corporate website content, layout and features, utilizing web design tools and platforms such as WordPress to improve website quality and user experience
    • Develop metrics to monitor and measure success of DMS strategic marketing plan

    EDUCATION

    • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field from an accredited U.S. university is required

    REQUIREMENT

    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning & branding
    • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and web technologies
    • Proven experience in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
    • Graphic design and web design skills
    • Strong writing skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules
