    JOB DESCRIPTION

    DMS International (DMS) is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant (OE) to support a current Federal contract. The purpose of the Organizational Effectiveness position is to ensure consistency, interdependence, critical thinking, and agility across the enterprise.

    The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant's primary objective is to prepare staff so that company business goals are met. The candidate must demonstrate a clear understanding of how to evaluate and assist the enterprise in meeting objectives, the delivery through effective business analysis, goal-setting, management and leadership development. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Evaluate and ensure maintenance and implementation of quality processes are applied consistently across the divisions and to measure the effectiveness of the processes.
    • Support professional development efforts.
    • Conduct strategic planning sessions through the use of appropriate industry best-practices and   measurement tools.
    • Analyze and evaluate program execution of training programs and assists in the conduct of approved programs

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

    The minimum education requirement for the position is a master's degree in a related field.  Professional certifications in training or OE is desirable.

    SKILL REQUIREMENT

    • 8-10 year of experience in relevant fields
    • Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the enterprise
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
    • Problem solving skills
    • Organizational skills to produce effective training materials and allow for management of concurrent activities
    • Strategic planning facilitation
    • Team building and coaching in a federal environment
