Job Description

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Receptionist is responsible for providing efficient, organized and friendly support to internal and external customers.  They are skilled at managing inventory and supplies, handling phone duties and appointment scheduling.  This is a part-time position working Monday - Friday from 12pm - 4pm.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.    
• Picks up, date stamps and sorts daily mail, handles small package shipping and maintains inventory of shipping supplies.  Maintains postage machine and maintenance schedule. 
• Manages and maintains inventory of all office supplies, kitchen supplies and restroom / cleaning supplies. 
• Provide general office support by restocking all snack and drink items, maintenance of office plants, organize catering and set-up for office events and order food / pick-up for office meetings, lunches, training, etc. 
• May provide administrative support to Human Resources, Finance, Safety and Construction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• High School Diploma 
• 1-2 years receptionist / administrative experience 
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
