DOMO Engineering Plastics US, LLC is looking for a Manufacturing Quality Control Lab Technician to join our Buford, GA Team. The Lab Technician is responsible for performing laboratory test procedures and documenting the associated data and results.

This is a direct hire/perm job for placement on our PM Continental Shift (7:00pm - 7:00am with rotating weekly schedule: Sun/Wed/Thurs and Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat).

Here's what I need:

• Competent in high school mathematics up to Algebra I level.
• Able to correctly read and understand written laboratory test procedures.
• Correctly operate laboratory test equipment.
• Able to perform laboratory tests efficiently, accurately, and precisely.
• Ability to collaborate with others and foster a team-centric relationship with cross departmental colleagues

Here is what you will do:

• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory test procedures on raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Document test data and results.
• Develop test procedures.
• Operate test equipment.
• Perform daily maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
• Monitors and maintains laboratory inventory and organize laboratory supplies.
• Train others on test procedures and the use of test equipment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

• Associate technical degree or greater preferred.
• Work experience in a laboratory or manufacturing test environment.
