We're looking for professional, alert, and dependable Door Staff/Security to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and controlled environment for guests and staff.

Monitor entry, check IDs, and enforce house policies.

Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

De-escalate conflicts and resolve disputes using sound judgment.

Recognize potential problems early and prevent situations from escalating.

Work closely with management and team members to ensure guest safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 25 years of age or older.

Previous security or door staff experience preferred.

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confrontational situations professionally.

Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.

Must meet all applicable security licensing requirements.
