    Job Description

    We are looking for a Customer Service team member to help continue our tradition of excellent service on behalf of our dynamic, fast-paced clientele, and to contribute to our ongoing systems improvement efforts. Your responsibilities for assigned clients will include, but are not limited to:

    1. Serving as the primary Priority Pak contact for day-to-day activities.

    2. Managing client programs and projects to ensure that Priority Pak performs the agreed upon services within the required time frame.

    3. Attending client meetings on and off the premises as needed.

    4. Managing client product and material inventories for ongoing programs using 3PL Central, VeraCore and/or Excel tools.

    5. Processing shipments and distributions via FedEx, UPS and USPS systems.

    6. Maintaining the records necessary to ensure that clients are accurately charged for services performed, materials provided & shipping costs incurred.

    7. Assist Priority Pak account managers with activities 1-6 above for their clients.

     

    Work Experience & Education:

    · Minimum of 4 years customer service and/or production coordination experience, with at least 2 years in a fulfillment warehouse environment including experience with e-Commerce, WMS and Shipping systems

    · 4-year college degree preferred
