Job Description
DPC&S is looking for an extremely detail oriented Digital Campaign Coordinator. This position requires an individual who possesses strong analytical and organizational skills. The qualified individual must be a self-starter and focused on constant optimization. The position reports directly to the Digital Campaign Manager helping to ensure the optimization and success of digital campaigns throughout the campaign lifecycle.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Tracking campaign elements for launch
· Ad campaign setup and management
· Create/manage ad tickets in Wrike
· Report production and analysis
· Conduct routine audit/QA
· Assist with campaign lifecycle documentation
· Assist with client liaison communications
· Stay abreast of advertising platform requirements
· Setting up and modifying landing pages
· Ensure campaign tracking is properly setup via codes and tagging
· Manage and track campaign budgets keeping report ledgers updated
· Client Authorization Form submittals and approvals
· Provide month-end spend and billing reports to the accounting team
· Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience
Agency experience preferred
Project management experience
Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
Experience with Email Marketing Platforms
Experience with Google and Facebook ad platforms. Experience in other platforms is a plus.
Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
Adaptable and can work well in a collaborative environment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with non-profits is a plus
Flexibility with last-minute changes
