RESPONSIBILITES Job Overview DR is seeking a high intellect Intern pursuing a career in Industrial Engineering / Product Design and with the objective to be a member of Management. The successful candidate is a recent graduate or expected to graduate no later than May 2023. The candidate selected must be someone who can dedicate 30-40 hours a week until September 1, 2022, and a minimum of 30 hours a week until the position is a permanent employee. Additionally, the candidate selected must be the brightest of the bright with an elevated level of ability to design complex consumer products (could you have designed the Rubik's Cube?). This is a remote work opportunity. Responsibilities Collaborating closely with the Founder fully support and lead the design process life cycle. From current conceptual documentation to the comprehensive design documentation to take a product to market. This is a fast tract product to market no later than June 1, 2023. Opportunity The successful individual will become an active member of Management of the Company and direct all future product design efforts. No later than the date that product to market has been achieved this position will be converted to a permanent compensated position and participate in the equity structure of the business. Until that date this is an unpaid position. The selected candidate will be required to sign a Non- Disclosure Agreement to protect the confidentially of all aspects of the product and strategic plans for growth. About US The business is consumer products start up business based in Charlotte. The hands-on Founder of the business has a highly successful record in scaling a business for aggressive growth. This includes growing a consumer product business from a small business to a successful business with over 4,000 employees in over three hundred locations.
