Clinical Research Regulatory Manager This position is remote/home based

Applicant must live on West Coast or in Texas

We are hiring a full time homebased clinical research regulatory manager. This position is a direct report supervisory at a CRO.

There is 20% travel. Only candidates with CRO regulatory management experience are considered

This is a ‘direct report’ supervisory position and will be responsible for the management of regulatory staff including but not limited to: selection (interviewing, hiring…), training, assessment, coaching, performance management and more…

This position also includes focusing on end results to be achieved, bid defense, uses metrics and key performance indicators to manage individual and team performance. Lead and/or participate in local and regional cross functional initiatives and process improvement projects.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous regulatory manager at a CRO: selection (interviewing, hiring…), training, assessment, coaching and performance management and more…
• Excellent in CRO bid defense
• 5+ years previous regulatory management at a CRO
• Must know employee training and assessment
• Knowledgeable of global regulatory regulations
• Experience running a CRO regulatory department with direct supervision
• Demonstrated ability in handling of all regulatory global submissions- eTMF (veeva) etc
