CCG is looking for a Draftman to work in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Job duties include but not limited to:
Create Technical Drawings: prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings that serve as blueprints for construction and manufacturing projects. These drawings are based on initial sketches and design specifications provided by architects and engineers.
Collaborate with Professionals: work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all drawings are accurate and meet project specifications.
Revise and Update Drawings: responsible for revising and updating drawings based on feedback and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure Compliance: must ensure that all technical drawings comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Conduct Site Visits: may conduct site visits to gather data and verify that design specifications are being met.
Experience: A minimum of 3 year of experience as a Draftsman. Desired experience: Certified Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Associate degree from a Community College or Certification is preferred.
