    Job Description

    ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH EGENUITY 

    eGenuity (A DRB Company) is a growing and vibrant software company in need of an Account Manager. eGenuity is the developer of high-tech POS (point-of-sale) software. Specializing in POS solutions for the car wash, quick lube, and automotive repair industries. eGenuity now supports customers in nearly all 50 states, Canada, and South America. The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers of eLube, Invomax and Sage products. This person will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs.

    WHAT WILL OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER DO? 

    •    Works with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction of assigned accounts, balancing customer objectives with company objectives.

    •    Communicate with customers regularly to ensure their needs their needs are understood.

    •    Advises customers on products, services and best practices. 

    •    Conducts outgoing calls to provide information and generate interest in products.

    •    Works with customers from Point of Sale onwards.

    •    Relates well with staff and managers in all other departments.

    •    Understand customer issues while developing expertise in specialty area.

    •    Responds to customer requests and comments, seeking solutions as quickly as practical.

    •    Help create internal processes that support customer success and improve the customer experience.

    •    Proactively reaches out to customers to measure satisfaction and report accordingly.

    •    Lead and report on regularly scheduled customer meetings.

    •    Manage and report churn monthly.

    •    Plays an integral role in the creation and execution of upsell campaigns.

    •    Travels to and visit accounts when requested (up to 15% per year). Attends all relevant trade shows when requested.

    •    Participates in product design teams to ensure customer requests are properly communicated. 

    •    Build strong customer relationships to reduce churn and acquire new customers

    •    Collaborate cross functionally to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled and communicated.

    •    Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.

    THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 

    •    Education: BS in Business, Finance, or Marketing

    •    Experience: 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience required

    •    Experience with Microsoft Office products.

    •    Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

    •    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    •    Ability to deliver engaging presentations
