Commercial Project Manager
Duties:
- Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and interpret project contracts and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the project
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent contract management skills with the ability to review and interpret complex contracts
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
