Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and friendly Photographer who is interested in capturing key moments at a dance competition!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL WHO WILL:

• Work as part of a team alongside our Videographers and Event Supervisors
• Photograph key moments throughout each dance

EXPENSES COVERED INCLUDE: Mileage, hotel, and food or per diem

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• University or College degree completed or in progress (related degree is considered an asset)
• 2 years of related experience preferred but not required 
• Able to work long days (competitions can run 12+ hours in a day)
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to reliable transportation (regular access to a vehicle is preferred)
• Experience photographing dance, theater, concerts, or sporting events is an asset
• Equipment Requirements:
• Professional Digital SLR Camera (Nikon D300S, D500, D750, D810, D850, D4(S), D5, Canon 7D (MK II), 6D (MK II), 5D (MK III or IV), 1D X (MK II) or comparable)
• 70-200 mm f/2.8 lens and 24-70mm f/2.8 lens
• Tripod or monopod (suggested)
• 2 x 32 GB CF or SD Cards (minimum)

Competition runs from February 2nd - 3rd, 2019

Salary: $30/hour
