THIS ASSOCIATE WOULD NEED TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO DRAFT IMPACTFUL MOTIONS, PLEADINGS, AND RUN MOTION HEARINGS AND TRIALS. THIS CANDIDATE NEEDS TO NOT ONLY HAVE INSTINCTUAL CRIMINAL DEFENSE SKILLS BUT DEPLOY FIERCE ADVOCACY WHILE MAINTAINING PROFESSIONAL DECORUM. THE WRITING CONTENT REQUIRED FROM THIS ASSOCIATE MUST BE SUCCINCT, LEGALLY ON POINT, AND IMPACTFUL.

THIS ASSOCIATE POSITION COMPENSATION IS COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE. FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE A SIGNING BONUS MAY BE PROVIDED.
