This is a full-time preferred role, however we can offer part-time hours on an individual basis. This role will take place in our office, located in the heart of Santa Ana.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Strengthen existing relationships with current consumers

• Provide superior customer service to both our consumers and clients

• Generate new leads

• Manage accounts and customer information through a database

• Provide an outstanding customer experience

• Coordinate events in untapped areas

• Answer consumer inquiries and provide support

• Assist with other tasks as needed
