Providerflow is a document management and payment automation solution company. We are a leading provider of EMR/EHR integrated software solutions and professional services to the healthcare community. We offer solutions ranging from document management, medical records release to data/document conversions and migrations. We are looking for a creative and high energy Marketing Specialist to join the Providerflow family.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Specialist will lead Sales and Marketing efforts by working on various projects, focusing on lead generation and brand development, driving company revenue and market identity.
Develop and execute email campaigns
Design and develop marketing materials
Responsible for website refresh and maintenance
Support development of marketing strategies in existing and new channels
Communicate and coordinate marketing activities with internal departments
Work with external agencies and designers to execute marketing programs
Coordinate trade show participation and organize promotional events
SPECIFIC SKILLS
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
WordPress
Copywriting/SEO content creation
Social Media experience
Proficient with the Google Product Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Exposure to project management concepts and tools
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
3 or more years experience in B2B Marketing
Exposure to CRM and Marketing Automation tools is preferred
Experience building complex marketing campaigns and reporting
Prior experience with the healthcare industry preferred
Successful completion of a college or university degree in business, commerce, marketing, or communications or equivalent experience
HOURS/LOCATION
Position is full time, Monday through Friday. Availability to spend a minimum of 3 days per week on site at our corporate office in Boca. Willingness to travel (pending Covid restrictions).
