Restoration Estimator

Professional Restoration has grown to be one of the finest and most experienced emergency services and reconstruction companies in the Denver area. Staffed with highly trained professionals and technicians we are able to competently and quickly serve our commercial and residential customers after fires, floods and other disasters strike their properties.We are seeking a talented and experienced Estimator with restoration experience. We are looking for candidates with past construction and related experience in restoration and disaster reconstruction industry.Applicants MUST be experienced working with Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind, mold restoration and reconstruction projects. Reporting directly to the Structural Division Manager the Estimator is a critical part of our team.

Qualifications:• Estimating experience -- scoping and writing estimates, interacting with insurance companies and adjusters.• Experience in the Restoration or Construction industry• Must operate with a sense of urgency with good problem solving and decision making skills.• Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.• Experience with Xactimate software is required.• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.Job Requirements:• Solid restoration industry knowledge and reconstruction experience• In-depth experience using Xactimate Software• Must have residential and commercial reconstruction experience• Excellent customer service skills• Solid computer and grammar skills for written communicationsCompensation and Benefits:The position offers a competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) and a commission plan.
