DSB is an established ground transportation company that proudly serves first class transportation to railroad crew members.

We are looking for experienced drivers who are friendly with a strong work ethic to deliver reliable on-time transportation to railroad crews.

You will need/to:
a clean driving record
a valid driver's license
be at least 21 years old
be able to lift up to 50 pounds by yourself
be proficient using your own smart phone with reliable cell service
be able to text, speak clearly, listen, and communicate effectively
be able to speak/read/ and write English
be able to operate and use a hand held radio
maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of your assigned vehicle
be able to work in inclement weather
Wake up and answer your phone immediately and without fail
be awake and on the road within 15 minutes of receiving the destination
be available to drive up to 12 hours and occasionally stay overnight in a hotel
be able to use a GPS device
be safety conscious
be available and on-call 24/7 there are no set "shifts" and you must not miss calls


You must: be proficient at texting
pass a pre-employment drug screen
pass a background check
be flexible for this on-call position
be responsible, professional, and courteous
