Ensure consistent execution of delivery and merchandising standards across the territory.

    1. Team Leadership & Development

Conduct a minimum of two full-day route rides per week (gate to gate) to coach and assess Route Delivery Drivers.

Train team members on core sales techniques, retail math, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.

Facilitate regular team meetings and 1-on-1 coaching sessions to improve operational skills and recognize high performance.

    1. Customer & Retail Partner Engagement

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with retail decision-makers to support the execution of national and local programs.

Act as a liaison between Company Confidential and key retail partners, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.

    1. Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts by expanding product presence, introduction of new items and increased shelf space.

Prospect and acquire new accounts to grow territory volume and increase overall market share.

Collaborate with the sales team and marketing initiatives to support strategic growth goals.

    1. Strategic Execution & Organizational Leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally and share best practices with peers across the organization.

Lead by example, promoting company values and fostering a diverse, high-performing culture.

Analyze route performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and service improvements.

    Physical Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
