    Thanks to our dedicated team, we are continuously driving costs down without compromising on quality for our customers. With that ethos imbedded into our vision, Lycamobile is currently seeking a DSM/ Repsly Coordinator in our Plantation, FL office location

    ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

    · DSM- Updating retailer information, Retailer Query Tracking

    · Maintain accurate recordkeeping system

    · Monitor local Repsly field staff activity and duties

    · Ensure processes, schedules and daily routes are followed

    · POS- Reset Password, Guiding retailers how to navigate the POS

    · Retailer Commissions issue

    · Portal Fund Transfer

    · Retailer Chargeback

    · Retailer monthly commission payments

    · Sending Lyca offices retailer SIM requests daily

    · Check EIN number and approve Retailer Account

    · Tele-Sales coming from Customer Service

    · Answer Retailer Questions

    · Support Wholesalers with any issues coming via Retailers

    · Provide administrative support as needed

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    · High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred

    · 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role

    · Experience with MS Office required

    · Product management experience

    · Familiar with industry distribution

    · Ability to provide technical sales and support for distributors
