Qualifications
Delivery Driver Requirements — No CDL Required
- No CDL required — a valid standard driver's license is all you need.
- Must be at least 21 years old (minimum age per Amazon DSP standards; see Application Question for current policy confirmation).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a drug screening prior to start.
- Clean motor vehicle record required (multiple violations may disqualify candidates).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
- Fluent in English (bilingual/multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply).
- Must complete mandatory Amazon DSP delivery driver training.
- Availability to work weekends and certain holidays required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during an 8–10 hour delivery driver shift.
- Handle stressful driving demands and inclement weather conditions as part of last mile delivery.
- Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, and kneel throughout the work shift.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior delivery driver or route driver experience preferred but not required.
