About Us: We are currently seeking responsible and reliable individuals to work directly with an autistic young adult within the Quakertown area. The position involves providing in-home and community-based support. The individual you will be working with is pleasant, fun to be around, has a good sense of humor, loves reading, and has a keen ability to learn new skills. The individual thrives with structure, routines, and the use of technology.

Hours: FLEXIBLE WEEKEND HOURS - Saturdays and Sundays between 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm. (Minimum of 3 hours per shift)

Qualifications:

REQUIRED - Must have at least one of the following degrees or certifications:

Registered Behavior Technician

NADD Certification

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

3+ years experience working with adults with Autism required.

Familiarity with ABA techniques and principles.

Successful completion of a drug test and the PA Background Check process

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
