About the Role:

Integrity Care Solution Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Maplewood, MN. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks

Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately

Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands

Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed

Foster independence and skill-building through positive reinforcement and person-centered care

Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in a human services role preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check per Minnesota DHS requirements

Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

Genuine commitment to person-centered, compassionate care
