Royal Crown Homes LLC in Bloomington, MN is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join their team in New Brighton/ Arden Hills area. JOB: PART TIME/ ONCALL / FLOAT POOL - 4 homes

SHIFT: PM during the week (2-10) and weekend availability AM/PM

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental or physical disabilities

Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)

Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately

Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed

Facilitate community integration activities, appointments, and social outings

Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for all residents

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
